The Sheldon Village is a low income housing project run by the Housing and Community Service Agency (HACSA) of Lane County. Through a program created by the Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWEB), HACSA was able to install a 12 kW solar electric system on the roof of its community room. This monitoring station is a joint effort by the HACSA, EWEB, and the UO SRML.
