Peter Harlan Peter is the computer specialist at the UO SRML. His work includes writing software for processing solar radiation data, developing a database system to facilitate access to more than a quarter century's worth of solar radiation data, maintaining the Lab's computer infrastructure, and developing and maintaining this Web site. Peter has
a broad background in software development and maintenance: along with
academic work at the University of Oregon and San Francisco State University,
he has professional experience as a programmer, analyst, and manager of software
teams extending over more than fifteen years. Nevertheless, Peter is finding
new challenges in his work at the Lab, which continually requires the exercize
